The ones we did get just sat on dealer's lots and wouldn't move even with huge discounts. So for 2015 they're gone now.

Was the 2.0 Ecoboost ever available with AWD and manual?

I had no idea the new Fusion ever came with a manual.

No. Never with the AWD.

Then I don't care. I'd only have that engine, and it'll burn all 4 wheels properly, so there's no way I'd have that engine with 2wd.

At my old job, one of the VPs got a manual fusion as his company car. He was awesome to talk to when it came to cars......he was a bit of a bitch about everything else.

A little sad. Not surprised, mostly because I didn't think they still came with a manual.

I don't know if it's the case for the Fusion but it seems most cars these days is the manual only comes with the base trim making it seem like a lesser version to have a manual. Makes sense since most manufacturers charge over $1k for the automatic option meaning they make more money. Sucks for the manual enthusiast.

It did and does, but as a Mondeo.

They're mainly manual. They're also mainly diesel, so there's that.

Becusse they only came on the 1.5L engine any any enthusiast (only ones who would buy it anyway) isn't going to want anything but the 2.0T. And they'd just buy a Focus ST anyway. It was a bit pointless to offer in the first place.

OK, but obviously we're not talking about the European market vehicles.

I agree. I'd love a poor-man's Evo from Ford.

Not surprising. I once drove a customers last gen fusion with a manual. I was confused, no PRNDL and a extra peddle? In a fusion? WHAT

I also drove a manual Ford Escape, I believe they came FWD only.

I always thought the 2.0t Ecoboost wasn't available with the manual.

If true, that was the problem to me.

Just noticed this yesterday when I was arguing with a friend about the Fusion's manual availability. Went on Ford's website and noticed there was no manual anymore :(
